Using the straight out of the Box Suse 10.1. this is the first time I have ever not had to play to get things working. Your talking I've gotten past laptops to go: Inspiron 7000, Inspiron 4000 and Inspiron 9100. It has always been a painful experience. this one is not. Buy the copy, spend the $60. make sure Novell keeps this excellent product going.

I tried Suse 10 and Fedora Core 5 on this laptop. PAINFULL and a waste of a couple of days.
